We offer There are 3 main types of briquettes: rectangular (shaped like a small brick, made on hydraulic presses at a pressure of 300-400 bar), cylindrical briquettes of the Nestro or Nielsen specification (with or without a radial hole, made on hydraulic or shock-mechanical presses at a pressure of 400-600 bar) and Pini-Kay (4 - or 6-sided briquettes with a radial hole, made on mechanical (screw) presses by a combination of very high pressure — 1000-1100 bar — and heat treatment).
Pini-Kay briquettes due to heat treatment have a characteristic black or dark brown color of the outer surface. Their advantages: resistance to mechanical damage, high moisture resistance. The briquette is characterized by high calorie content and long Gorenje time.
